Configuring the Voucher global email

In this article, I will guide you on how to modify and add details to your order confirmation emails when selling vouchers.

To begin, ensure that you are logged into the online admin area. Using the menu on the left-hand side, select the ‘Config’ tab, followed by ‘Change Theme’. This action will open a new page.


On the ‘Theme Settings’ page, select the ‘Global Voucher Email’ tab. This action will open a new window where you can input your voucher text.


This is how the voucher text will look without any editing.


In the displayed field, please update the text to your desired content for the order confirmation email, which is emailed when a customer purchases a voucher.

Here’s an example of one I’ve edited. Don’t forget to click the ‘Save’ button to apply your changes."


Here’s how the text appears in the confirmation email, which is dispatched once a voucher is purchased.
